Definition
- ISCED LEVEL 3. THIS LEVEL OF EDUCATION TYPICALLY BEGINS AT THE END OF FULL-TIME COMPULSORY EDUCATION WITH A TYPICAL ENTRANCE AGE OF 15 OR 16 YEARS. MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS ARE THE COMPLETION OF LEVEL 2 EDUCATION OR DEMONSTRABLE ABILITY TO HANDLE PROGRAMMES AT THIS LEVEL.
