- CRIME INVOLVING ILLEGAL ACCESS TO OR MANIPULATION OF ELECTRONIC DATA; INCLUDES ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE AIMED AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIES AS WELL AS POLITICAL AND SOCIAL RELATIONS AND STRUCTURES AND MAY INVOLVE CYBERVIOLENCE THAT PUTS THE PERSONAL SAFETY OF CITIZENS AT RISK. SUCH ACTS OF CYBERVIOLENCE INCLUDE THE MANIPULATION OF THE EMOTIONS OF VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS BY CHAT ROOM ACTIVITIES AND NOTICEBOARD COMMUNICATIONS.
