  • ISCED LEVEL 0. THE INITIAL STAGE OF ORGANIZED INSTRUCTION, TAKING PLACE IN A SCHOOL-BASED OR CENTRE-BASED ENVIRONMENT. DESIGNED PRIMARILY TO INTRODUCE VERY YOUNG CHILDREN TO A SCHOOL-TYPE ENVIRONMENT. ENTRY AGE IS FOR CHILDREN AGED AT LEAST 3 YEARS WITH THE UPPER AGE LIMIT DEPENDENT ON THE TYPICAL AGE FOR ENTRY INTO PRIMARY EDUCATION.
