  • THE SUPPLY OF GOODS TO PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT REQUESTED THEM, IN THE HOPE THAT THE RECIPIENTS WILL NOT TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO REFUSE THEM; A BREACH OF THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS TO DEMAND PAYMENT OR TO CLAIM A RIGHT TO PAYMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF UNSOLICITED GOODS OR SERVICES TO COSTUMERS.
